We explore how #MeToo makes it clear harassment prevention training does not always prevent harassment. Is it because of a skewed focus on compliance and corrective action, rather than the actual prevention of harassment?

The ADDIE Model suggests we should first analyze the behavior we want, and then develop training around that. The school of thought here is to take a step back from the training you might currently be doing and learn how to develop and effectively deliver training that actually prevents harassment.
